The two-month integrative basic course is designed for those who do not wish to deepen their practice through an intensive retreat, but rather want to give time for the practice to gradually integrate into everyday life. This format allows the foundations of Ningjing Qigong to become more than just “learned exercises” — giving them the space to slowly settle into your body, your attention, and your everyday functioning.
The time between the sessions is not a pause, but an essential part of the process: a space for maturation, for experiences to settle, and for the practice to genuinely connect with your current life situations.
This course takes place in a small group (5-12 practitioners), where supportive attention and gentle feedback help you refine and deepen your practice with increasing clarity and precision.
The two-month duration supports the gradual integration of the practice into your life — allowing a new habit to form, and through it, a new inner order to take shape.
What to bring
No prior experience is required. What matters most is that you feel comfortable and physically supported during the practice. Please bring the following with you:
-
A yoga mat, blanket, and a meditation cushion — or, if you don’t have one, a firm cushion that is not completely flat
If sitting on the floor is uncomfortable, the seated practices can also be done while sitting on a chair
-
Comfortable clothing that allows free movement
-
Warm socks (even double socks, if you tend to get cold)
Filtered water and tea will be available at the venue. If you prefer mineral water, please bring it with you.
