about Ningjing Basic Course
"In 2014, after an abdominal inflammation, my left hip joint also became inflamed. Soon after, I began practising qigong with Edina. The regular practice brought balance to my meridian system, which affected my circulation, lymphatic flow and nervous system, and helped the trauma to ease and heal.
Today I live without pain, and by learning the foundations of qigong and weaving them into my life, my overall quality of life has also improved."

"Thank you so much, Edina. The course was deeply moving, and you guided it with remarkable sensitivity and concentration.
The weekend was surprisingly nourishing, even though we worked intensely. The exercises brought up powerful inner images and emotions that seemed to release and shift. The atmosphere was trustful, warm and accepting.
I loved the structure: just enough explanation to orient us, and mostly practice. Working in different postures made the experience varied and never overwhelming. Reviewing the exercises at the end of the first day helped a lot.

The pacing and rhythm of the course were just right. There was time to settle into a new way of relating to myself. I noticed that I only ever received the amount of information I truly needed, never more. The next step only came when we were ready.
